Delivering an end-to-end fit out service for a multi-level office in Tullamarine, we assisted our client Premier Office Furniture with project management, furniture selection, office layout design, 3D visual renders, delivery and installation.
Commencing the project, the Furnx team worked closely with Premiere to understand the client’s requirements and vision, and the space we had to play with. We designed the office strategically, considering the limited space available and the protruding back wall panels, to promote functionality. We selected Natural Oak finishes across the range to create a light, natural feel within the office, paired with black for professionalism.
Floor Plans Design
First steps were to create floorplans for a two-room office space: a meeting room on the ground floor, as well as a larger office space on the first floor. The project underwent various design phases to ensure the client’s needs were met, while maximising space and functionality. We settled on 10 large workstations (including height-adjustable and static desks), storage cabinets, bookcases, and a collaborative high bar table for the first floor main office, and then a boardroom table and executive chairs on the ground floor meeting room.
Renders
To ensure Premier (and their client) were completely satisfied with the outcome, the project went through several revisions and renders before finalisation. This multi-phased process provided complete transparency and clear visuals, allowing the project to flow smoothly once given the green light.
Delivery & Installation
As soon as the office furniture was packed and ready to go, our expert installers worked diligently to bring the project to completion and make the vision a reality. This included the delivery, assembly and installation of the products, as well as removal of rubbish and tidy up.
Handover
Upon completion of the installation, our installers met with the customer for handover. A follow up post-project check in to discuss satisfaction and feedback was also conducted.
Project Completion
The overall Tullamarine project with Premier Office Furniture was a success. With on-time, on-budget installation, the process ran smoothly from start to finish. Our team maintained clear communication with the customer throughout the project, allowing us to meet their exact requirements. The delivery, installation and handover were completed within the same day, allowing employees to move right in and start work.
